Round Section U-Bolt (M10) designed to fit around a 2” (50.8mm) diameter tube/stub mast or as a mounting for a element plate on a round section boom.
Manufactured from 304 and 316 A2/A4 Grade Stainless Seel, complete with a matching 304 A2 Grade Stainless Steel Saddle Clamp and 2 x M10 Stainless Steel Washers, Spring Washers and Nyloc Nuts.

Choice of U-Bolts allows for varying plate widths. The standard 83mm U-Bolt is manufactured from Marine Grade 316 A4 Stainless Steel and will accommodate a maximum plate width of around 7mm (If you omit the washer and spring washer then fit a M10 Nyloc nut you should be able to fit a plate thickness of approx 9mm) – this is ideal when the set is used to support an element mount on a round boom.

As an alternative, we have extra long 100mm (Internal Length) 304 A2 Grade Stainless Steel U-Bolts which allows for plate widths of up to 25mm. This is ideal for mounting on stub masts. Both U-Bolts fit Vortex Boom to Mast Plates ‘A’ and ‘B’. The 100mm U-Bolts can also be used to attach plate ‘ D’ to the mast. We don’t use lower grade mild steel exhaust clamps. Each set includes 1 x U-Bolt, 1 x Saddle Clamp and Stainless Steel hardware to fit. These are genuine Vortex Manufactured Products.
